MOM. Fitness Fanatic.

I am a mom-first and foremost. I have two of the most precious little girls, and yes, I am biased. I am a proud Mommy, but I’ve been called worse. Harper is 2 and Aniston is 12weeks. I refer to them as Sweet & Sweeter (they take turns). I am also fortunate/unfortunate enough to be employed outside of the home. I say it this way because I have compassion for those searching for work who are unable to find it. But, I would more than anything love to be able to collect an income while being at home with my babies and feeding my passion of all things fitness. I have earned a degree in Exercise Science, yet I sit behind a desk all day doing nothing related to exercise or nutrition or sports. All things that I love. But I love my babies even more. I do it for them.
One lesson I’ve learned since becoming a Mom is that there aren’t near enough hours in the day. And the more kids you have…the fewer hours there are. Unfair, huh?!? But finding time to to maintain a healthy lifestyle has remained a priority of mine. It’s hard! But again, I love my girls, so I do it for them. And for my husband. And for me…and there is nothing wrong with that.
I will use this blog as an outlet. I will share stories, experiences, recipes, and information. I am by no means an expert (on anything). But I am inspired!
