I HATE THE PICTURE IN THE PREVIOUS POST.

Ginger and I agree, that the picture in  its self is motivation.

There is work to be done!!

    Hey Ms Tessa– would you be interested in sharing your strength workouts one day? Or if you don’t want to post here, could you email them to me? I love weights and doing strength workouts, but always feel so overwhelmed with what I should be doing, how often I should be doing the exercises, especially with a really running-intensive cardio program.

    Any help you have is appreciated!!
