Hey Ms Tessa– would you be interested in sharing your strength workouts one day? Or if you don’t want to post here, could you email them to me? I love weights and doing strength workouts, but always feel so overwhelmed with what I should be doing, how often I should be doing the exercises, especially with a really running-intensive cardio program.
Any help you have is appreciated!!
