Monday’s Mission: Detox

You know what they say about paybacks…

If today’s workout was any indication of how mistreated my body feels after this weekend, I’ve got a lot of making up to do. To say I over indulged would be an understatement. The scale says that I consumed right at 2lbs of sugar in the past 72 hours…ice cream, iced coffee x 2, skittles, white bread…and the free continental breakfasts provided by hotels…sinful.

So today’s mission is obvious: Get Back On Track. Period.
