My Shopping List
I am often asked for diet and nutrition advice. I want to be clear that I am not a professional or nutritionist. But I do enjoy reading and researching what the best foods are for my family and getting creative in the kitchen. Below is a sample grocery list. I prefer to shop weekly because as you will notice, I purchase mostly fresh foods that turn quickly, rather than processed foods that can sit in my pantry for months. I obviously do not purchase every item on the list every week, but on most days you will find these items in my kitchen.

Few things please me as much as an organized fridge bursting with the bold colors of fruits and veggies. Sometimes after a shopping trip, I’ll pass by and open it, and feel so accomplished. Silly? Maybe. Crazy? Probably!
Great list and mine is pretty similar. I do go ahead and buy a lot of my veggies frozen just because the fresh produce isn’t always the best looking at the store. Plus it is convenient to have it in the freezer on nights when you don’t feel like doing much prep work!
This list is helpful! Im going to use this next time I go to the G-store…you know how much I “love” the grocery store…..but this list will make it easier!
