Monday’s Mission: STRONG
I want to be STRONG. It is the new skinny, you know???
I love that saying, “Skinny girls look good in clothes. Fit girls look good…” You get the point.
My mission on this Monday is to push myself physically. I have set a goal to be able to squat for one set of twelve reps, 155lbs by October.

I have to say you are an incredible inspiration for me. Reading your posts has really helped to encourage me to get off my booty and stop being so lazy. It’s easy to be lazy. But life wasn’t meant to be easy, it was meant to be an adventure. So stay strong and keep moving on 🙂
